Its down to the usertitle I believe. I remember my avatar used to do that whenever I had "Ex Assistant General Manager (Community)" as my bottom line, so I shortened it to "AGM" so that the avatar would hopefully go back to its normal place. :P

It looks like a marquee, but I don't think thats the issue, I think the issue is the amount of stuff in one line, since when my bottom line used to be long, it pushed the avatar up top

seems to be length yeah, changing the tag to <marquee width=50%> fixed it for me :P
