Well nobody saw that one coming. He'll be manager at the end of the season, once their current manager retires.

Well to be fair he did say "manage in the future", he didn't specify just how close or far away that future was. Maybe in 2016 he'll be in the Premier League but Bayern are a solid team. Given the choice of Chelsea, City or Bayern, it's a pretty easy decision to make.
