Yes you can get a bot for it. I'm sure if you look on runescape there tons such as Autominers Autoclickers and so on

This is why runescape has random events, to stop autoers. If you can't be bothered to do the game yourself, don't bother playing.

Not really you were allowed to transfer your stuff over... but they gave you like a week

Yeh but if you didnt do it in the week... there was a post on the frontpage saying that if you emailed them then they would do it. I think you had like a month to email them..?
