Gitting out of a SAFTY ban!

i was hacked a few days ago and i was able to save part of my account put it on a clone and got it safty banned found the damn keylogger and then used the habbo help tool 3 days in a row telling them what happend it says 48 houers respons its be 72... no unban no respons (i filled it out under i think im banned and it said my info was correct) what do i do?

Dunno... The habbo service seems to be such a let down lately... You would think that they would be more helpful when there making millions off of us buying credits

When i asked for a s.b i got one for 3 and a half months. after emailing the a number of times! I gave in and decided to ring the habbo offices. I had tried to ring the offices before but recived no answer. i left a message and a few days later they called me back, asked for my details d.o.b ect and unbanned me. All that time to press one little button ;l

I waited 3 weeks for mine to be lifted, heres how:
Email them everyday and tell them your angry
Get your parents to email 2 times or impersinate them
Get your parents to ring up and leave a message and your habbo name
Then call for help untill someone comes tell them you have waited like 2 months and you have done all that and they will notifiy admin and you will get an email the day later! :)

i cannot ring them as im in the U.S.A and iv emailed the **** out of em :/ when it shows the ban it says it will be automaticly lifted JAN.25.2017 I DUNNO THAT GAME WILL EVEN EXSIT THIEN!

I find it slow but when i was safety banned today i was warned i may not get my account back for several weeks.
