Hello today on sandbox hotel there was a new system to get free stuff for watching videos..

Edit: I see, they're introducing this to the main hotel later. I already thought they had some sort of reward scheme, but outside of the client.

If this does come to the hotel it sounds quite good, it will be good for both parties. I don't think a duck is worth it though.

This has actually been around for a long time (those more technically inclined could check the clients source to verify this "video promo"). It was originally built for users who could not purchase credits in their country. Can't verify as to why it is enabled now though.

Thread on it earlier in the week, but it's now live within Habbo - watch a video and earn rewards, either credits or just furniture.. few pictures below if you've not seen it yet within the client.

If the videos aren't Habbo related they'll be getting paid for people watching them..... thus they're just using us to make more money :) Not very nice imo!

Don't any of you realize? For months before this was released today, on the credits page you could do the exact same thing and watch the videos but you would get 1 credit each time. Sulake have just tweaked it to make it worse and to give us furni instead.

I did a couple of watch and redeem videos and the reward was a whole week of HC! (7 days!)

I didn't know they gave this out and this is the first time I have received this from it.

Press the 'Watch & Earn' button at the top right of the screen. It won't always be there, though.
