Best way to have a request line?

Would like to see what people think is the best way to have a request line on a fansite...


The typical form style e.g Name: Song:
Or in a sort of chat room way within a usersystem where somebody could request it and other members could like/dislike?

Or is their another way which you think would work best... Leave your comment and lets see what ideas we can come up with.

Its free... its both easy and cheapest

like/dislike would never work as you'd always have a group of friends who'd like and dislike the same stuff to ensure their songs get played where as the lone listener wouldn't get anything played and just get fed up of the site.

Good point @scottish , Im trying to think of unique and better ways rather than the common fansite.
