It's for the dutch hotel. It's a reward for completing a small quest (which requires you wearing orange coloured clothes) - it was set up because [Queen] Beatrix of the Netherlands announced she would give up her reign this year, after 33 years :P

I don't see why the .com would get it as it's unrelated to us technically. If it has been set up due to the Queen of Netherlands doing what she is doing.
