SimplexWebs? Any good?

Has anybody had previous experience with SimplexWebs? What are they like as a host and also what are their shoutcast's like?

I am with SimlexWebs and have been since June 2011

Ive never had any problems with them, theyve been really reliable, the communication has been great and its been fine :D


I'm not sure what a shoutcast is, I just use their hosting for a website xD

I make my payment annually, but I think you can do it bi-annually too

Still waiting for an email from someone that the live chat operator promised I would get about your new Enterprise packages, Evertyime I get told someone will email me, I never get anything, Hell I even emailed you before after you told me to on here, and you never replied, I told you about it probably a month later, and you said you would within a few days.. this was months ago.

I do like Simplex however it's not worth it if it's just hosting a small website. From last year some time they changed their target market from small hosted sites to larger companies, guess that's where the money is.

First email was direct to you, then I spoke to you on the live chat and you promised you would get back to me.

Second time was a few weeks ago when you announced the new enterprise packages, Spoke to someone on the live chat who took my email and said someone would send me an email with information...
