probably in terms of radio hffm seem to have more listeners than habbox whenever i look. forum.... idk habbox i guess?

I have to agree, But i think habbcrazy had loads Liseners don't they not 100% sure... But ClubHabbo is RIP now lol

That could be due to them being 2 fansites in one perhaps? I'd probably say different fansites are popular for different reasons. Such as news is rarely posted on HabbCrazy thus Habbox and others could be more popular there whereas the forum is concerned I'd still say Habbox.

The most i've heard from people they think it's ThisHabbo. But i hardily think so. I dislike that fansite, the community is rude to me. In my opinion, radio wise, it is probably HFFM, but forum wise it's this.

Ok atm I would say the leaders are;

News- Habbox
Forum - Habbox
Events - hffm
Radio- hffm

Only reason hffm in my view is leading in events and radio is because of their resent merger with habbcrazy or w.e it was and they are doing events pretty much 20hrs of the day. Habbox by far has more quality events but not many people attending and the same with radio.

It does depend on what you class as popular and stuff really. Each fansite seems to be popular in one area where as the other is popular in the other. Although, Habbox will always be number one for me ;)

I would say that site is popular in finding out new furni and features on Habbo but other fansites would be popular for other stuff such as the forum, radio, events/comps, news etc.

i generally dislike the other fansite members because they are rude and pretty creepy imo.
when i was on habbohut and i told a staff member my habbo name 2 minutes later i was locked out of my account.
so habbox is personally my favorite no matter what they say.

This doesn't surprise me at all. If you would been there for a few years you would also say Habbohut is poor managed. I have been working there as Radio Manager and I was treated crap. I have been working my butt off to make Habbohut the way it was and never worked. I was disrespected and got back stabbed when I left from Habbohut, got banned permanently because I pmed a good friend (which he turned his back on me) and right away on skype I got threat by a few of them which I don't want to mention it. It tells you right there that you shouldn't trust them for anything. I have been hurt a lot because of them and still am but I am trying to recover because I know I am worth more then wasting every second bothering with them.

Just go through what I went through. I agree with you xx

Habbox is best for the forum and news, for events I would say Habbox and HFFM and for Radio HFFM and ThisHabbo.

Well yes around 2004 or 2005 whenever they officially opened was a very popular fansite but when the merge happened it went down very quick. Yes it is poorly managed and very disrespectful staff , management and senior management. I've been explaining to Lee who is Habbohut owner but he is laughing at my face and denying that Habbohut is dying.

Habbox deserves to be #1 if it isn't. It's been consistently good throughout its inception, great staff, great competitions, widely known and loved. It pioneered rare values and pages giving Habbo features and in-game tricks and tips (one that was updated regularly at least).

The only improvement I could suggest would be a greater focus on uncovering new features like Puhekupla to steal their dominance there, as it really is a barebones site - but as for Habbo history and archiving, Habborator isn't likely to lose the top spot there for the foreseeable future.

I like the ongoing Wiki project, if someone could throw together an official chronological screenshot archive too that'd be the icing

Oh I wish I could tell them but I am permed banned at habbohut xD and I took every staff from habbohut off my skype because they have all threat me.

Yes I know Olly wiki manager too all the ideas from Habbox, I was also working close to him and knew how he worked and everything and the worse part of it he got all the credit and Lee never knew he is taking all this from here.

I think Habbox was definately the most popular pre-merge but I think since then HFFM have caught up in some aspects. Then again, I think Habbox was A LOT more popular before Habbo decided to bring inthe marketplace because everyone came here for their rare vaules.

If 'the best' is on the basis of how many people visit every day, then I would say HFFM and Habbox are fairly equal on that. + I've just taken a quick look at the users active in the past 24 hrs - 281 for Habbox and 267 for HFFM.

I would focus upon the actual content on the forum when deciding which one 'is best'. HabboxForum tends to have more threads in the Habbo News & Rumours section and is probably more popular for people looking for a quest answer or something.

HFFM, TH + Habbox - radio
Puhekupla - updates
Habbox + HFFM shortly behind - forum
Habbox - rare values

In all fairness, most of last year the wiki had masses amounts of work done towards it and managed to bypass its 1000th page a short while ago. Unfortunately, I find that most people who say that the wiki "lacks content", "has small errors" or "has a spelling issue on X, Y and Z" are too damn lazy to edit it themselves. People can suggest that the wiki should be more updated, but they never update themselves.

Oh I'm not saying that's your attitude btw, that's just how I've seen a fair amount of people react towards the wiki.

You must be drunk if you think everything is about how many people visit it each day. That's just one of the factors of what makes a fansite "good" or "best" or anything like that.

Tbh, I hadn't even checked to see if it was an open Wiki where anyone can edit, knowing this I'll try make time to create some pages and help its content further along, it only appears that a lot more needs doing as there's so many facets and small features that need pages, could do with more people contributing perhaps

Wasn't ThisHabbo the famous website in the past that competed with clubhabbo on listeners, done extremely well etc. then closed?

Although I'd always like to be reassured that Habboxforum is by far the greatest community forum for habbo, but recently the community is becoming gayer and gayer and less attractive.

Although I do love your support for Habbox those numbers change on a daily basis. So it can be lower for Habbox one day and higher for another fansite. Or it can be like what you've shown where it's high for Habbox then lower for another site.

Hm, I suppose it depends what you mean by popular. I'd say that out of them all Habbox has the nicest community. But Habbo based stuff? Not so good. Events + HxHD have died a little *In my opinion* so other fansites will be better in that area.

Radio has to be HxL for me, hffm are good and are defo close. but overall when it comes to listener interaction I would say HxL. Thishabbo usually have pretend listeners aka clones, so I have no respect for them. I like HFFM, but I really dislike the radio management there.

For example looking at unique listeners at the moment:
HabboxLive: 26
ThisHabbo: 24
HFFM: 12

News is Habbox, only. decent. one.

Events is probably HFFM. They actually do unique decent events and have events organisers how actually care about doing events.

Forum has to be HabboxForum. This is the only forum which is decent

Community is probably HabbCrazy, overall their community is nicer and dont have as many trolls and plonkers than on the other sites
