I was looking at powertoo's Habbo homepage (http://www.habbo.com/home/powertoo) and noticed "Infobus Park" under her rooms (currently locked until the 5th i'm assuming), it says "Safer Internet Day 2013 - Staff chats on safety First session: 05/02/13 - 5 to 6pm GMT Second session:07/02/13 - 12 to 1pm GMT"

Oh you do leave the theatredrome then lol..
Yes, they are the rooms for SID chat sessions.

This'll be interesting enough if staff are having chats, wonder how this'll turn out. :P

I've asked Powertoo her reply:
"It's just for the safer internet day campaign, After this event it will be gone again sorry."

I hope I can make it to one of the events, or get in for that matter. I wonder if there is spectator mode for the bus

Looks like the repeat of 2011 infobus sessions against retros

I thought this might of been the start of the return of the old style public rooms. Anyway, I thought they were too 'glitchy' to use the old rooms in the new client - that's why they got rid of them to make new ones, right?
Thanks a lot Powertoo! :@

I also asked her about them 2 she went:
"I've asked the dev team about the public rooms returning, They are keeping stub on them so can't say nothing sorry."
But i think the word "Stub" means they might make a return soon.

Seriously? If they can open the Old Infobus Park with no problem, then I don't understand why they can't just open all the other Public Spaces.
I have no idea what a stub is in this context, but going by what she said, I'm doubtful they will ever be seen again. The fact is that she couldn't even give any clear indication if restoring them was a priority of theirs, this probably means that they are unlikely to ever come back.
Looks like the developers are either far too busy designing Habbo 'Illuminati' (to finally kill off what is left of Old Habbo!) or too busy working on their latest moneymaking scheme to give a hoot about Public Spaces - why would they want you hanging around in a multitude of Public Spaces when you could be spending time in plethora of Private rooms? It just means people will buy more credits off them, that is all. If people just stayed in the old Public Spaces (and judging by the demand of the old rooms, a lot of people would), then some people might buy less credits. Habbo logic :P
Very clever Sulake, very clever.

I've been saying this since the start of last year! But if we all collectively bother powertoo about bringing the old public rooms back, plus remind them about all the votes off the uservoice feedback, they can't keep stalling without giving us a definitive 'yes' or 'no'

Well the infobus room has been remade using the same way the new welcome lounge and theatredrome is done. So its not really the 'old infobus room'.
The new infobus room has been used on .com before, and a few of the other hotels too. Heres an image of what the infobus now looks like in 'Habbo Flash' lets say.

Yeah the talks were mentioned on SID's website;
3) Habbo Infobus talks
Our staff will hold information talks in our official Infobus help centre about how to stay safe on Habbo. We will discuss with our users topics proposed by the Safer Internet Day organization, such as respect the rights of others online, the right to privacy and growing up in safe online and offline environments.

Oh the 5th is today, I might go check it out if I can get in :L

Indeed, hopefully this will all come to a head eventually and they will answer the question - Unfortunately, I cannot heckle Powertoo as she never accepted my f/r - probably a good move on her behalf as I'd never leave her alone! LMAO! I just hope they get round to re-releasing them sooner rather than later. :)
I don't understand Sulake. Why exactly are they spending time brining out pointless new features (such as the 'improved' inventory), when they should be listening to their community and bringing back features that that we really want!

*choke* Good lord! How in anyway way is that an improvement on the 'Habbo Shockwave' Infobus! What is it called now - the Abuse Bus? The new inside looks far too cluttered compared to it's superior predecessor - which was simple, smart and stylish.
Im guessing that the entrance to this 'Abused Bus' is through a portaloo... I don't really need to elaborate further on that.

I quite like the room tbh, I don't see the point of these sort of campaigns for most of us because we know not to share info with strangers etc etc.

let's be honest, the people who are able to get into the room already know about internet safety, it's just an excuse to spend some time with staff. the first 5 minutes she was asking us about safety, the final 10 minutes was just people complaining about mods.

Yep, these events are pointless really since the target audience either don't know about the event or can't get into the event.

You should probably read up on: http://www.saferinternet.org - Plus it's nice to see Habbo showing support for it considered what happened with Channel 4.
Ps. I wonder if Sulake will give us a bus for the HxHD.

I think this is the worst designed room I have ever seen in my life! The furniture in there is very mismatch and it is too cluttered, The road blocks are an eyesore, the fences are rotated all wrong, and someone please tell me why you have to go through a portaloo! They made no effort to hide the wired and this whole room is a sham.
Why did Habbo pathetically adapt the old Public Spaces around the normal room designs? It just doesn't work - Full stop!
Take a look, this is how they were originally designed:

Inside:

Don't they look better?
(Oh and btw, thank you Veeim for posting the video! :))
