Lost in Dimensions?

I'm on my mate's server who's running Tekkit Lite and I clicked on a Descriptive Book and now I'm lost? I've tried killing myself, banning myself etc from the server but I still spawn in this random place (it's like black, raining, like im in the clouds but can't move. I can't put any blocks down or anything). I try to teleport to someone else and it just says that I'm not in the same dimension as them.
If anyone can help I'll give you a +REP :(
