Not a bad price, is it located near the University?

We signed for our 8-bedroomed townhouse before Christmas, it's literally 2 minutes from the University and is £69 a week with all bills included, along with a new kitchen, bathroom being put in and all re-painted. Not yet heard of anyone getting a better deal than that so far. :P

10 minute walk :) great student location too, hyde park in leeds, we weren't going to sign that day but he persuaded us with a 42" tv if we did! we're also requesting new carpets & new washer/dryer

the deposit was only £100 too compared with 200-300 for other companies

it's slightly overpriced i think but it's only a 4 bed & it has 2 bathrooms which is very rare for a 4 bed

I live in Leeds also, so I know the area well. And I must say that in comparision with some other areas of Leeds, it's quite nice - especially for student accomodation

Uhm, I've always been around people who know that area as not a fantastic one and usually would avoid going there if possible lol.

I never said it was the best place. I said it's better in comparison with other areas.
+ My mum lived there whilst she was in uni and she says it was decent enough.

You're not wrong, it isn't the best place. Far better places to live for the Uni imo. Hyde Park is just cheaper, for a good reason. I suppose it's better if it's full of Uni students though.

As soon as Laura finishes uni I want to move out. Got about £10,000 in the bank atm.. though I'm tempted to buy a VW Golf.
