Ok alot of us on the forum like different genres of music. Pop, Rock, Dance, Trance, Urban, Hip Hop and sooo onn.... It seems now alot of people are going to like Gorillaz. To be totally honest with you, I aint that fond of them, yes when they released Sunshine back in 2001 I did like the song but aint bothered with them anymore.. But considering it's a massive thing that the Gorillaz are coming.. The Pop, Rock, Dance and so on people are turning towards the Gorillaz.. If it was Greenday coming, people who didnt even like them would go OMMGGZZ!!!1!1 COME TO MY ROOM!!11.. So it aint really a big deal if Gorillaz come or not (that's if it is them :S).. I dont believe it is them.. My reason..
- I dont think a fast-selling band - Gorillaz, would travel all over the world just for a petish computer game.. do you?
Alot of you are very decent and will probaly agree with me but some people are just likes of anything :S

I think its perthetic , I virtual band going on a vitural game. I mean the staff could do a better job than that, well most of the staff do act like gorilaz

I dont think a fast-selling band - Gorillaz, would travel all over the world just for a petish computer game.. do you? I doubt they actually go to the country of the hotel, they could easily have just gone to all the hotels from the comfort of their own home. :)
I'm not a big fan of the Gorillaz but I think they are alright and the fact that they are coming onto the hotel is quite cool.

Firstly, the Chinese hotel is not even open yet, so they wouldn't need to speak Chinese.
Secondly, maybe they just spoke in English... :s Or maybe they can speak Spanish, I don't know :)

It is them unless an official Gorillaz Fansite is lying and the site that shows what they are doing is ying, but I also have my doubts if it is them.
They never released a song called Sunshine
I think it's a kind of good idea, it gives the fans on the hotel a treat and it hopefully boosts there popularity. That's good. The only bad thing is there'll be loads of people trying to run on stage and go 'OMG GORILLAZ IM UR NUMBA 1 FAN IN DA HOLE WORLD OMG' or 'OMG I LUV U 2D WIL U MARRY ME OMG IM GNA FAINT' and stuff. Ruining it for everyone, I mean talk about overreacting. Also it said on their official site that they're going and it said on music news sites such as NME.com the same.
Anyway I like most Gorillaz stuff but I was wanting to go into the Theatredrome to ask Damon Albarn (the founder of Gorillaz, probably gonna be 2D) about his former band Blur. I really liked Blur.

Not a very big fan, obviously it's them because if it isn't that would be a completely sad scam. No disrespect to anyone but a band that uses the name " The Gorillaz " is obviously lacking creativity.
The Beatles, The Monkeys, The Gorillaz..............
If I was going to ask them a question, it would be " How long did it take you guys to come up with such a creative name "

I just know they're a band. I don't know much about them except about their single "Feel Good Inc", all I remember in the song is the soft dududu bit and the random laughing.
Other than that, I think it's a nice thing they're visiting the hotel. Despite the fact they've gotta promote themselves. :) :P
I like Albreit's melodies and was a fan of Blur... the melodies are still there with the Gorillaz but then they ruin the songs with other stuff. So I half like them and half don't.

No but they could of got a atualt real band, instead of a Virtual band, with the vitual aspect they could give the gorillza site a few sheets and then say we will take care of it, in other words they are faking that they are there. Which habbo would do.

wlel I don't know. I thought they were a real band? All I know is they had a single that went up to the top of the charts and the Head Honchos in the music industries are classifying them as big atm...I just think it's a nice thing that there's 'famous' people around, heh.

I know they are capable of pulling a scam like this, but I don't think they would fake a band that isn't even "That big". If they were faking a band they might as well just say "Michael Jackson is coming to Habbo Hotel".
Then again if they say "Michael Jackson is coming to Habbo Hotel" people might start locking their doors.

I brought this up on another thread.
The Gorillaz will visit the UK offices whenever they are due to login to a hotel and do their business. I have been told that they are in the UK offices no matter what hotel they are on. The office staff log onto the Gorillaz account, may it be GZ-Noodle or whatever.
The Gorillaz ARE there, but they watch a projector, and DO answer the questions, but the office staff type it out for them - So the office staff multi-task the Gorillaz account, and their own account.
Thats what I have been told - Just passing on the message.
