Runescape - HELP IM SCARED!!!!

I was just taking the evolution of combat training and a couple of minutes after finishing, a huge deep voice shouted 'BOT USER!!!' and I heard a crushing sound. It gave me a heart attack, wtf is this??? I've never heard tht happening b4 LMAO

It's new bot detection software brought in last year. Go to edgeville and you can teleport and decide their fate. It's called bottany bay.

What do you mean decide their fate? Haven't played rs in a while, confused at all this lol

^ I couldn't agree more. Yes it is useless. It doesn't 100% detects the bots but a few who hangs at G.E.

What you experienced was the Botany Bay bot-detection system working and picking up those that have been caught botting. Those bots are then taken to Botany Bay where their trial happens and the player picks the method that bot dies (although they are already banned by this point and the character appearing in the center of Botany Bay is nothing more than an NPC with that botters original name)
