for the past 2 weeks or something i've been experiencing something odd, i'll feel really hungry but then when it's cooked i can only manage around 3 fork fulls and then i'm really full to the point where i feel like i could sleep for 2 days

i'll then remain feeling full for the rest of the day, then the same sequence is repeated the next day

anyone else had this? i've tried looking online but it's all rubbish

I wish I was like that. It's not unusual for me to eat two dinners. lol :(

You should probably go and see your GP if you're worried about it. Even if there's nothing wrong it's much better to be safe than sorry, and that's what your GP is there for after all! If it doesn't bother you, though, maybe see if it clears up over the next few weeks and if it doesn't, go and see them anyway just to be safe.

I'm not really sure what it could be, but it sounds weird to me :S

Seems usual to me. Does it sometimes happen that you'll be making something and then when it comes to eating it you feel sick about even thinking about eating it etc?
If it is unusual for you though, I'd try get a gp (: better be safe than sorry.

It's as though you've had a gastric band fitted lmao; it appears like your stomach is extremely small hence the amount of food you can eat. Has anything happened to you recently, pains in that area or anything, I read a lot of real life magazines so this is probably completely wrong but I'd see a Doctor as it could be internal problems (probably not as serious as it sounds though). Best to be safe than sorry :) x.

If it's happening a lot then yeah, I've had the same thing: if you wait until you're *really* hungry to eat then even the smallest amount of food will fill you up really quickly. Try eating a bit more often/earlier and it should sort itself out :)

Just eat small amounts regularly. It should help you get back into the flow of things :)

Did you go a long time without eating? I did it when I was younger and wanted to lose weight. Eventually after not eating for a while your stomach starts to shrink so you can't eat much. Try forcing yourself to eat more each day and it'll eventually go.
