I have always wanted to know more about dreams and sleep. Like how some dreams happen, what goes on inside of our body while we are asleep, and much more! What I would like you to do is to post one fact about sleep/dreams. Hopefully it is something that will wake me up a bit and catch my attention because I feel like I will Zzz at any moment!

I've actually discovered this fact for myself.

If you speak 2 different languages fluently, you can have two separate dreams that are almost perfectly identical and they'll be in different languages.
