It's a variety of different rooms. Some are Fierycold.

It says the actual room name when you hover over it^^ :P Looks like somebody is just messing about.

Added that sirjonas guy to ask how, no reply yet. Very strange. The guy just seems to have changed the promo name.

I doubt it's scripting too. Basically, you can create promotions for any room you have rights in. He'd be able to create a lot of them thanks to the introduction of duckets. I wonder how he managed to get rights to so many rooms, though? Apparently it's something to do with group rooms, somebody said all you have to do is join the group and you'll be able to edit promotions... I haven't experienced this myself though.
