How pathetic is it that Sony have barely dispatched enough PSP units to cover pre-orders?
I have no doubt that this isn't a sign that the console is being hugely successful, just that Sony have made some very poor sales judgements.
What's even worse is that it's not as if those of us who didn't pre-book have to wait 3 or 4 days, we have to wait the better part of 3 weeks until the next batch of consoles is issued.
Nintendo didn't have any supply troubles, and for those of you who decide to argue that the PSP is just selling more, I doubt it. The DS has sold better in both America and Japan, yet on both occasions Sony had supply problems and good ol' Ninty didn't.
I'm going hunting for a PSP tomorrow, so wish me luck. I'll need it.
