Unable to access own rooms!

My friend (Habbo name Milk) is unable to access any of his rooms. The same thing happens to me when I try to access them (as well as anybody else) This just started happening today.

When typing owner:milk into the search bar, no rooms show up, and this error message appears:

Does anyone else have the same issue/know how to fix it?

He's contacted Habbo staff about it via the help tool and also sent a help request, no responses as of yet.

Never experienced this with myself, but a year+ back there used to be a glitch where if you typed owner:evilsm that server error message would appear as well :P

Guess he'll just have to wait for a response from the help tool.
