For all the improvements Habbo have made, their customer support has once again become delayed. They have put all their emphasis on new lines, new campaigns and trying to reintroduce certain elements we have all previously enjoyed. That is a good step but it should not have come by sacrificing customer support.

People have told me that powertoo and .beeches. have to do both run the hotel and lead the help tool - is this correct?

Potentially, I believe powertoo is Naomi from Customer Support - if she is still answering tickets recently, she is doing both roles which is a bit err... weird.

I agree, if there are delays then they require strong improvement. It's a shame customer support seems to receive the least amount of attention lately.

I heard that powertoo is naomi and .beeches. is eva? They have removed the submit ticket function from the help tool and I think they are in the process of changing the staff over. It says on what I think is her linkedin that she is in charge of recruitment, training, and management of moderation and customer service staff. It will probably be slow for awhile (although 2 weeks is still short compared to the couple of months it took to get your request sorted in 2012), but hopefully we will see improvements soon.

Little bit ridiculous if she's been asked to do all of that but I guess that is going to be how it's done from now on with their financial vulnerability.

Doesn't seem very fair to them both as I can imagine they're both pretty intense roles, dealing with moany brats on-client and off-client must be a nightmare. lolol okay slight exaggeration. If it's about a change-over into a new system then it makes sense that there'd be a few bugs to sort out first.

Dev team on habbo said over the few weeks they are going to update the support tickets ect...

Well it used to be 3-4 weeks + before I got a reply, if I even did get one, so 2 weeks seems like an improvement!

That two month delay was for around 2-3 months in 2012. Most of 2012, beginning and end there was less than a week wait. Same for beginning of 2013 too. Just since February has the delay been 10-20 days. We just remember the bad, not the good, innate human trait.

I hate that Katharina so much! Woman had no clue what she was doing half of the time.
