Yeah after publishing I came across that it's 70 Duckets for each winner, any point really? Unless of course they have on the badge 'designed by X on Habbo.com' that wouldn't be too bad perhaps :P?

Maybe Microsoft paint.. never made a badge with it not sure.. i would use Photoshop or Paint.NET

MS Paint - I used to make alterations and do recolours on it. But Paint.NET could be quicker. It depends on how you're making the badge really, sometimes I use both of them together :). Just try them both and see what you prefer to work with.

If you are on a Mac a good program I use for editing is paintbrush. Just give it a google and it's free. Simplistic in it's interface but it does the job :)

Just realised I entered into the wrong category, I thought it was St Patrick's Day Events and then I thought the General Game category was St Patrick's Day related too, so I made a St Patrick's Day themed badge and entered it into General Game but I guess that's not right? Damn :(
