You need at least Donnie Santini's Helmet, a Steampunk Floor 1 and a Small Cog in room for the room competition.

From the rules:
5. The winner of the competition is voted by the Habbo users holding a Steampunk voting badge (obtained by completing Steampunk quest chains). Only three votes per registered user per voting day is permitted.

The prize:
- for being in the top 10 (dependent on the amount of votes) is a top 10 Donnie’s Steam Machine Room Competition badge and an Emerald Trophy Furni.
- for being in the top 100 (dependent on the amount of votes) us a top 100 Donnie’s Steam Machine Room Competition badge.
- for submitting a room that does not reach the top 100 (dependent on the amount of votes) is a Donnie’s Steam Machine Room Competition participation badge.

It does that sometimes and it's really annoying - I think it's if you're queuing of a length of time that would qualify for an auto-kick as if you had just been sitting in the room for a long time :(.

Same. Did I missed any event beforehand? Cuz I got all SOS badges. Now suddenly I received the same message.
Then, I logged out and logged in back. The studio room ask for password. Wow.
