Wouldn't get sued, YouTube would just ban him (which trust me they will eventually)

There are people who upload full races to YouTube. But whatever, the worst thats gonna happen is they delete my channel, or just claim copyright for it.

If the account is monetised they can sue and take all precidence over the account and any earnings from it.
