A few people figured out how to get the badge above, basically you go to this room here (http://www.habbo.com/room/61921281) and double click on the Barley Barrel on the right handside of the flame.

I was the only one who got the THI70 badge that's why the desc is Designer and Receiver of rarest of all badges. Idk why it wasn't given out to everyone but the reason why only I got it is because I'm the designer of that particular badge :D

Thanks and yeah that is a good thing because there's the fact that my badge is now the rarest on habbo and it will remain that way because you can't have a badge with a fewer amount of people who have received it.
