The website still needs a lot doing to it, I'm working on it every day!

I like it, however your About like above should be after Home.
On your About, you should rewrite the following:

"Welcome to abcWare! We are a new company recently founded by Cory Mosey and have been open since March 2013! We offer many different services including Web Design and Web Development. Our Lead Developer, Cory Mosey, has been coding for several years and currently has experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, Python and C#. Here at abcWare we try to keep our prices low to help keep the customer happy but still the best outcome!

Yeah something that doesn't state that it is just one person, you want the client to think that it is a well established company, if not state that you are a freelancer.

I've changed some bits abcWare, I've now added bootstrap tooltip on portfolio and have changed about page and links!
