Hi, I have made a clan for Xbox 360. I have purchased web hosting and a domain to which I have assigned the forum until the site is done. The clan itself was started in January 2013. I haven`t done much recruiting for it recently as I have been busy with funeral arrangements.
Anyway, to the point. I am looking for staff to help bring the clan and website along. (The clan is on gamebattles)
I would like to add that the forum will be sub domained and linked from the main website.
Jobs on offer are:
Content writer
What is needed;
You will work either individually or in a team
You will write content with regards to home page, roster, results etc etc
You will know how to write in fluent English-language
You will have the content proof read before publishing on the website.
You must know or be willing to learn how to post your content.
Graphics Designer
What is needed;
You must use/create your own graphics
When asked, you will be able to communicate with content writers to help source graphics for their content
Deadlines must be kept
You must know how or be willing to learn how to post your graphics
Recruiter
What is needed;
You must recruit as many people into the clan as possible
You must make sure that the person on trial sticks to the rules posted within the forum, whilst on their trial
You must be able to work as a team or individually
Targets must be met or, have a valid excuse as to why they weren't`
You will guide people through their trial
Games Organiser
What is needed;
You must be able to work as a team or individually
You must meet targets or, have a valid reason as to why they weren't
You will communicate with content writers regarding post-match reports etc etc
You will be able to or be willing to learn how to sign the clan onto official gamebattles ladders and post results
You will create social network pages for the clan
Forum Moderator
Not a priority at the moment
What is needed;
You will know how to work the forums properly or be willing to learn
You will make sure people are sticking to the rules and posting in correct forums
You will guide people with any questions or comments they have specific to the forum you have been assigned
You will have a valid reason for banning someone
You will not abuse the powers given to you
You will be mature
That is all I can think of right now, yes it sounds very formal but I have put my own money into this which I do not expect to get back, so I wish to hire mature and professional people.
In return for working with me, you will be given an e-mail address (clan related). You will also, if you so wish, become part of the clan, no trial period.
All staff will be on a staff trial period with a view to go into management. With this, you will be reassigned an e-mail and have a say in official clan decisions and or changes. Once the clan is bigger I am looking to branch to other platforms.
