I found him in HxHD i took a screenie but though it wasn't important so i didnt bother to post it, But he got this from one of the hotel staff and there are 5 of them with these badges. Just shows what you can get from alot of "time" with the hotel staff :rolleyes_ Give these badges to people who deserve it !
