Basically about 6 months ago I took a break from Habbo to pursue other interests and now I have come back forgetting my email to my primary account which has all of my furniture on it.
I contacted habbo 2 days ago, detailing my problem and I requested that they move my furniture to my account which I'm currently using since returning to habbo. Worryingly, after 2 days habbo have not replied and my fears are starting to grow.
Does anybody know what else I can do or will habbo reply to me?

there seems to be a delay lately, you'll just have to wait
Customer Support reply times are two weeks + atm i think, you should get a reply eventually. The wont move your furni, but they can help you try get your account back once you provide enough information that makes them happy enough and once they believe that you own the account!

They will probably take about a month to respond. :(

Provide good enough evidence its yours and you should be fine.

They won't move your furni but can change the email but they will ask you for the dob and a lot of other info before they do it. They are backlogged atm too so could be at least a months wait!

I've even tried to log in with my username/pass as suggested by a friend - does this not work anymore?

Nope :(. You have to use your email.

You'd be lucky to get a reply instantly off Habbo, and considering you said 2 days ago which would make it Friday you definitely won't get a reply yet.
Once you know all the accounts information; i.e: Date of birth, registration date, friends, rooms, furni you've got etc. :P

I understand - should have been more patient!
The only thing now though is today I looked back on the email which I sent to Habbo and then I tried to click on the 'ticket' and instead of showing me it, the link sent me to the habbo homepage with the URL being https://www.habbo.com/?page=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.habbo.com%2Fzendesk%3Ftimes tamp%3D1365223689 ..any idea of what this is?

It would take more days than 2 for habbo to reply! Just be patient :) they will get back to you
