You cannot place it down in a room and pick it up, it has to remain in your hand. IIRC it is the old "Comedy Poster" which was 'removed' from the hotel but when they tried removing it... they just messed up lol. If you attempt to place in a room, it'll be stuck there forever as a black box or whatever. It has no image.
