You can get a name change using the Forum Tokens scheme, or by winning VIP on the forum. You can gain tokens in many ways, including posting around the forum. A name change costs 1500 tokens, and you earn at least 5 tokens per post. Tokens can also be won in competitions, donating to the website and also voting in polls.

His Habbo name is apparently Jsse/Jesse so he wouldn't need tokens nor VIP :P.
