Rare Values - html broken

I'm assuming this is as a result of attempting to fix the ' bug :P. We could always have a tag [br] or something that'd do the same thing but isn't written as HTML? That's if this is the only way to fix the '

Fixed, the apostrophe fix should still be there also.

Oh btw we still can't have ' in names - it cuts off everything from the ' onwards.

Litterally makes zero sense, stuff after the ' still shows up in html :/ and the breaks still functions fine. This is the most confusing bug ever.

Edit: Ok, fixed it, for some reason JS doesn't like the proper HTML encoded ' and instead demands the one which isn't html spec '

That's why we use commas it's so annoying, although I've just suggested we use the: ` instead of ' for now?

So say Speaker`s Corner etc. :P? That works so it could be a good alternative.

The motto thing is working, it just cuts it off, after all this you can probably see it being a process of having one or the other lmao :P.

RIGHT the rare name field should allow apostrophes now too. Apparently david's heard of htmlentities instead which seems OTT really.

Chippiewill; this is also a problem with titles for news reports, if we have an apostrophe in it then the rest after it will cut off.
