Question about "missing pets"

Hey everyone,

Sorry if this question is answered elsewhere/is common knowledge, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.

I logged into the hotel for the first time in years and went to visit one of my old rooms. Upon arriving, I noticed that I had 2 'nests' in my room, aka beds for pets. I probably bought these pets around 2005 or so, but now the only record of their existence are these beds. I tried picking them up, putting them back down and checking the new 'pet' tab in the inventory (what happened to the big hand by the way?!) and nothing seemed to bring them back!

If anyone know's what's going on it would be great to find out! haha!

First of all, the big hand. That was replaced by the ''Inventory'' and since the merge, we have the ''My stuff'' tap. What a shame, right?! I know how you're feeling, felt that way in 2010 when I came back too..

Second, have you made sure the pets aren't in another room? If so, you might want to contact customer support because they might be the only ones able to answer your question.
