Yes it is necessary - you're showcasing our community on Habbo, forums and on other fansites just by the way you host events or anything to do with Habbox. Why on Earth would we be rude to someone who wants to post their things on here, it's like saying I can't post about Habbox on another fansite even though it's allowed. We need activity increased on the forum and this isn't helping.
