How many children do you want?

I think 2 would be enough and I would love either twins or one of each, perhaps an older boy so he could look after his sister, but then again I'd love playing with my daughter's hair and dressing her up cutely. Then again, boy's clothes are easier to shop for :P.

infact, i think id prefer to have a daughter first then a boy maybe. 1 or 2 kids but would rather 4+ than 3. 3 seems such an unfair number, at least in my house it was always 2 of us ganging up on the other.

Me and my girlfriend discuss this a lot! We have agreed that we would like to have 3 but would like to carry. I think I would maybe like to carry one of them though. We aren't too fused about gender but shes already put the name 'Emily' into the conclusion for one of them.

i've posted in this thread before but i've thought more on it since then.
after watching 12 kids and counting i thought how nice it would be to have a bigger family as i have quite a small one since i only have my mums side but i think things like the mess, the cost and the stress make me rather not have lots of children.
i'd be happy with either none, two or four (depending on a number of different things like finance and whether i even find someone i want to have children with).
