I would like one that shoots 720pHD or 1080pHD and that's good going from light to dark to light

I purchased one of these for my surf board... There only good if you know to use them :P but my vote would go with GoPro!

They're real easy to use to be fair.

We got a Hero 3 Black Edition a couple of weeks ago for our remote control Drone, works pretty damn well, and it shoots 4K video.

It depends what kind of budget you have to be honest; it's hard too recommend a camera without that knowledge.
