I'm not judging blondes or anything but its just mostly its just she thinks she is a Punk Rocker but I've never seen a Punk Rocker dye there hair blonde, mostly I've seen em' dye there hair black or a exotic colour like red or pink but blonde?! I've heard nothing of this though.....
