I appealed for an account just to see what they would say. But the rude ***** didn't even reply and closed the ticket. What a bunch of absolute ******s.

They always do this to me...like i sent something 2 week ago and they "resolved" it yesterday but just put it into resolved tickets without even replying useless foreigners :l

Spam them till they reply. i always get reply within next day or 2.

I just replied on the ticket with "I don't see any SUPPORT in this ticket."

If it's for an account that you have already appealed for and have had a response then they close it with no reply and assume you know what's what. They won't reply to responses and just re-close the ticket which is a little annoying too. I'm not sure if there are even any active support agents at the moment tbh... Anybody had a ticket genuinely resolved within the last month?

I think a few have had a reply. I know a few people who got bans lifted recently.

It's their job to deal with LEGITIMATE support questions. Whining about being banned isn't a support question.
