Some people lead very lucky lives and some don’t. Maybe, some people don’t lead lucky lives because they miss chances, and because they've missed so many chances they think that it’s not worth attempting to win things any more. People can, let’s say, predict the number that they think will come up on the next roll of the dice and be correct. I, on the other hand, could roll the dice 50 times and be incorrect on guessing the number every time. What do you think makes people lucky?

I think people actually being willing to try new things makes them lucky, or at least seem it.

I think people just in general, being happy and not having anything on their mind. I think if people are optimistic then that makes them lucky. I don't believe in all this superstition rubbish, imo.

What Abz said basically. I don't believe in fate/destiny/any form of lucky item number colour etc. if people are optimistic and take up all the chances they have, then statistically they stand a greater choice of being more successful and happy in their life.

I don't believe in luck per se. but I believe that people who keep a positive attitude will do better in life.

I think people become lucky when they are not looking for something or some outcome in particular, when people are so focussed on one thing they may miss opportunities and be deemed unlucky! People who expect the unexpected make themselves lucky :)
