Okay, at first Marketplace used to be somewhat "reliable". But the reliability of it is totally ruined now.

Firstly, lost tribe stages became 4c per (w/o commission) when I saw them selling for 2c per not too long ago. (might as well, I buy small stages right..)

Then, those bling plants and whatever are all so expensive now.. and same goes for many gazillion of furnis which used to worth much lesser than now. (and esp park bench (38c) & Sunset walls (27c) <- wtf at their prices).

So I hope that they release some furni line back into the catalouge, I DONT WANT TO SPEND A FORTUNE IN JUST THE FLOORING. And if possible, remove marketplace soon is all i wish (which will NOT be possible), or just allow habbos to not be able to sell what the catalouge is selling on the marketplace.

Or maybe they should edit the whole posting of sales thing like not allowing people to buy their own furni stuff. Edit the marketplace rules pleaseeeeee

tbh, if I am to gonna buy sunset walls for a 108-tile room, it will cost 100c. Like seriously, same goes for the park bench, i would rather buy some pathetic bulks than a park bench.

The end of ranting.

The market place just accelerates an item's change in price I think, not every item of furni changed massively because of it and a lot of stuff stays pretty stable. It's the rigging which causes a few problems. The only things I hate about the marketplace is the fact that LTDs aren't in there and that it killed the Club Sofa (with the help of exchange).

People are forgetting the definition of rare and norm, which is why some of these higher quality norms such as the sunset wall are rising in value. The main problem with investing in norms is that they can be released at any time. Sunset walls haven't been released in some time so their value is spiking. Noobs tend to invest in "cute" furniture without knowing the history behind it. If a furniture is norm, rare or limited is VERY important when considering whether to buy it. There is a lesser risk when investing in rares or ltds because the former will probably never be released again and the latter will never be released again.

It is very easy to manipulate using clones.
