So JLS announced yesterday they are splitting.

While I can imagine quite a few on here probably are sad I was very happy and I'm not just waiting for One Direction to make the same announcement ha

My little cousin was so sad when she heard this!! Doesn't bother me that they broke up anyway, never really enjoyed their songs :P

I never liked their music, but they seemed like decent guys and not getting into trouble. I'd say they were better role models than one direction/justin bieber etc.

Seem like decent guys, not at all fussed they are splitting. Certainly one way to guarantee a fast sellout tour!

Hopefully One Direction will be the next ones.

never really was a big fan of them, but i'm still quite shocked! they weren't together too long and they've already split up. wonder will they all attempt to come out as solo artists? i'd say the small lad from jls might (dunno his name lol)

This. On the trend on Twitter everyone was saying they'd much rather it was One Direction or The Wanted. Like seriously, if you don't like them why bother listening to them.

Not really bothered about JLS but all over TV shows they just said they were genuinely nice guys. Going out whilst they're doing good, I guess.

Not all that surprising. Boy bands do not really do that well these days, and they have been quiet for ages. I do wonder how long One Direction will last, but I guess with Comic Relief and tours they've not really had much time for new material. JLS seemed to be only popular as poster boys, or that's the impression I am getting :P Do people actually know any of their songs, or do they just like them for the merchandise they're on? :P
