Adblock plus issue - Can't see adverts even with it disabled

Hi there.

I have no problem viewing adverts on small sites as I understand the problem of getting funding revenue, been there myself. For this reason I have put all the Habbox sites into the filter for Adblock plus but it still brings up the message please stop using Adblock.

This message still appears when also disabling adblock plus and when clearing my cache. I would like to have this fixed so my advert views are counted.

I've just added www.habboxforum.com and www.habbox.com to my whitelist filter now and the adverts are showing again... So I don't know why yours isn't working

Ehhhhhh, I don't think I was around when the initial conversation about this was had although I personally feel very uncomfortable with these advertisement techniques (alright-- which one of you caved into Jin's request!).

Virtually everything at Habbox was crafted by volunteers and withstanding this I think normal advertisements are enough. If users choose to opt into advertisement blocking, then I think they shouldn't feel the heat for choosing to do so.
