I think you are going to have to reinstate that post thing where you moderate each post so these spam bots/users/whoever can stop posting illegal films to download. Getting so annoying now. I know it was a faff the first time, but you see when that stops, this happens.

theres a few options you could take

1) filter the site names, so no harm is done while one of the moderators gets home from nursery
2) ip ban the *****
3) change the moderator roles, make them global moderators and hire a few more that are actually on during the day
4) @j0rd (http://www.habboxforum.com/member.php?u=56465); be a lad and infract them so they're temp banned. but look alive next time it happens so we're not spammed again.

Already had to help countless users with registering at HxF because the process is too confusing, apparently. I can't remember what it was like, though.

you click register, fill in a few details and click register, after clicking register click the email you receive in inbox and you're good to go.....

then some mods are going to over-step and go into other sections and deal with it leaving that areas mod useless

If approving posts does happen, who approves them? Super mods or regular mods?

Also maybe the registration captcha needs improving?

They might not have approved those posts. If only one post needs approving, this users first post could have been perfectly normal and therefore approved - then the user decided to start posting these, which did not need approval. If there's a first post approval system then no mod approved all those threads.

The first thing should be to ban the user so they can't post anymore whilst you are moving them, they should also be moved FIRST and THEN approved, not before, so I dont know who has been doing that.

Also, I did notice one post report the other day where someone had reported a bot where the post was visible yet hadnt been approved by anyone and so I dont know how that one got through the net, but meh :P

They've been moved now, but the last bot posted his first thread around 5:09PM, and was still posting at 5:20PM. So surely if the MOD approved the first post to be moved, why did it take them 11 minutes to move them? I'm actually really confused Matt, because Kardan reported heaps of them at around 5pm and every time I clicked on one of the posts in the post report it said the link was invalid, and also, all of the post reports werent open/werent even there on the panel, so it seems the post report system is screwed too or something idk. but I cant find the posts anywhere, and the last thing in the unnacceptables forum is from lunchtime? :S

Images can be easily lost and edited, not saying moderators would do that. But threads and posts are better evidence as you also have the information such as dates, times, all of the posts and IP address. Normal moderators can move threads out.

You would have to screenshot quite a bit and then upload it and post about it. When moving threads is a much easier process.
