Those boxes show up when you have a furni blocked. You can't block those boxes though!

Hmm. I found https://habboo-a.akamaihd.net/gordon/RELEASE63-201304261101-107643024/PlaceHolderFurniture.swf but it gives me flash error when I have it blocked.

You can just block cine_curtain for Brain Breaker :P.

The client probably requires it for unloaded furni and errors otherwise. One solution would be to repackage the swf with transparent images instead and somehow get your client to load that swf instead.
