View Full Version : [Bobba] Habbos terrible customer support, and fail do deliver credits!

Hello. Basically, over the past few days i have had a number of issues with my account. Firstly, i am subscribed to Super Saver Subscription that entitles me to 35 credits a month. Habbo have decided to not send me the credits, but send me everything else, they also billed my credit card for it despite not sending half of the stuff to my account. Secondly, i have sent in a customer support request to help.habbo.com, and i have had no reply up to now. I sent the message 4 days ago. In all my life on the internet i don't think i've seen customer support so bad, 4 days and no one has even managed to read the request, never mind answer it. I understand habbo is a busy company, but even ones that are usually busy don't take 4 days to reply to a request. I am sorry if i do come across complainy, but i am rather angry, because i can't really contact habbo in any way about this issue that's happened and i would like my credits.

Issues regarding credits are meant to be top priority to customer support, I've sent 2 regarding similar issues in the past and they've both been answered within 2 days. So 4 days is a fairly long wait for a top priority issue, just gonna have to stick it out though.

Are any of the staff still on twitter? Maybe try that and explain.

4 days... so like 2 working days. bearing in mind that there's only 1-2 customer service staff at the moment you're going to be waiting at least 10 times that for your response. My advice would be to unsubscribe for now and wait until you've had a response but seriously ... 4 days? that's nothing.

What is it concerning? My friend had to wait 56 days before for an issue regarding a badge but that's the most I've seen.

I'm on over 45 days in my ticket. It's terrible. I question whether Habbo has improved over the last year like you would be led to believe with these new staff. Customer support is the worst it has been since I've played (2004). 2011/2012 was quite bad support but it's never taken almost two months. Also, even with Paul I remember our target after mute was 6K and we never quite got there but got around 5.8K. We haven't had that much for a long time. Peak is about 4K.

One day Habbo will resolve their own issue of their horrendous customer support. Thankfully I've not had to use it since my last ban appeal!

Wow thats crazy, I get my ticket replied to in less than 24 hrs

Cancel the direct debit, they'll soon fix it when they know they're not getting your money.

it's so bad now! not too long ago responses were no less than 2 days, it has gone downhill again just like that time last year and i'm sure only naomi and isabel work on customer support because they are the only people who answer my tickets :S lol
