I notice on Virtual games, people complain constantly about the drama. Here are some examples:

*REMOVED*
*REMOVED*
*REMOVED*

Drama is gonna be EVERYWHERE.
Reguardless where you at.
There is no place that forum, virtual game, or anything with multiple people that is drama free.

Because i know i havent been a angel ive had my share of drama too.

Some people just had more than others.

How would the forums be if there wasnt any drama.....

BORING

Even though drama can be annoying, its entertaining.

This is my take on virtual game drama.

LOL
Ok sometimes when they dont shut up and it makes no sense i get annoyed with it. But if I can kinda follow what theyre saying and one of thems acting like an idiot whilst the others trying to prove them wrong, I love it. xD

Rofl....I totally agree with you. It does get annoying when racism or harassment happens.

My reasons for posting is b/c i feel as though virtual game companies just slap those on the wrist, who shouldnt be able to have a computer.

Internet harassment can be a felony for 21 & older.
& a misdemeanor for those who are younger
So how is that small?

But yeah, without drama, such as actin like an idiot, it's funny and exhilarating.

i get so annoyed with everyone on the game but i think i'm really annoying too.

like i get annoyed when people don't kick people in games, when they're obviously not there and if it was me they weren't kicking i wish they just would.

i get you, drama can be funny, but on habbo it can get totally out of control too (well, it kinda applies to all social networking sites as you're behind a screen and not actually seeing the person you're 'arguing' with). but i've seen people say terrible things to other people (uh, i'm guilty too) but i guess they don't think anything of it as they can't see how they're effecting the other person. drama's funny to a point, and if the lines been crossed then it just gets way out of control and you usually see peoples online friends then getting involved in the argument to back them up.

Inseriousity.

Lol don't find it annoying but it is weird how everyone just rotates the bar now. Don't really know how this can be a debate really. **** happens, keep calm and carry on :D

Depending on how you wanna angle it. For example, you've had many, and I do mean many, victims this week or two, and yet you sit there and just think "Oh this user only deserves 3 or 2 days of banning." yet there CONSTANTLY ABUSING OTHERS? In all honesty, do you not know right from wrong? I'm pretty sure constant harassment towards others is a bit.. over the step of wrong. I'm pretty sure threatening other's securities is.. over the step of wrong. I'm pretty sure you've heard of all the creepy people on the internet who will hack other users until they find the information they want or stalk them until they find them (and I'm sure you know what comes after that), though, you allow users to post OTHER PEOPLE'S IP INFORMATION, which I'm sure you know includes their specific city and their specific IP (which can be used to hack), on a PUBLIC game.

Drama is a lot more common in a virtual world, being that individuals you instigate issues with are only there to you in the cyber world. You don't really have to deal with someone in person, which makes people "Cyber Brave." The term comes from people who have no worries of the consequences of their actions in a cyber world so people want to instigate more issues when it's online because there are less consequences than in a real life situation.

That is how I view the drama aspect in a virtual world as to compare to a real life scenario.

I have never really been interested in drama at all - whether it's friends (we barely ever have drama in the group and if we do then its frowned upon) or politics and so on. Then again, some of it can be a tad interesting. :P

I tend to ingore it, there are quite a few people on habbo who always instantly attack me when i'm in certain rooms or playing games and they are there too, I think I get more satisfaction seeing them get mad over me not reacting lol

I think anyone who tries to solve edrama or get involved is in for a bad time
