What time do you sleep and wake up?

I think this has been posted somewhere before, but I can't remember... so lets bring it back! Today I went sleep at 1am-ish after watching the Apprentice, then woke up at 4:30am :P Pretty dodgy :)

if im feeling terrible or ill like i am now,i'll sleep at 10pm and wake up about 3/4am for some reason and then stay up till 5/6 then sleep till 7

Today my sleeping pattern (which has been slipping over the past week) went completely haywire, so that I slept from around 6am to 1pm today.. and then from 4:30pm to 5:50pm and again from around 7:30pm to 11:00pm.
