I have the memory of being at my nan's old, old house... and she moved out of there before I was 2. My mum was astounded when I told her what the ground floor and the stairs looked like...

Pretty sure mine is when I was staying at my Nana's house because my mum was in hospital giving birth to my brother, so I would have been 2 years 11 months.
My second earliest memory also involves my mum being in hospital.

think was when i was 4 n got my ears pierced (how does a 4 year old decide that?! my mum says i asked for it..). still remember the little room and sitting in the chair and the anticipation of it happening. he held the gun next to my ear for quite a while before doing it. then my gran carried me all the way to the shop for chocolate to stop me crying ahh.

I honestly have no idea... & I don't know how others can remember either, I can't pinpoint one precise moment in time and say "yeah that was my first memory for deffo!!"

Certain things trigger different memories etc.
I think my proper early memory is when I was in a high chair and I kicked the table and the highchair fell over with me in it. The whole wooden back of the chair split as we had stone floor. .-.
I've had way too many near death experiences xD

I'm the same. I can remember things but nothing that stands out as my definite first memory.
My earliest memories are from around 2 year old. A couple would be lying in bed with my mum watching snow white. Sitting up on the sofa around christmas time with my bottle of tea ;') My next door neighbour also had this white shaggy rug thing which I used to lie in because it was so soft and I also remember biting a chunk out of one of her dining room chairs..woops
I actually have a terrible recollection of my childhood.
The first thing I remember is sneaking old of a caravan bedroom in the Lake District to watch Cold Feet.. my parents never found out :P Random I know

Mine would have to be being at my Nans in Weston-Super-Mare and going on the pier.

Walking around in the room with all Elvis' golden vinyl discs in at Graceland. I was only about 2 I think, cos my mum and dad were still together and they split up when I was 3. And I believe my Grandma was there and she died when I was around 2-3.
