why isn't any of the news staff making simple badge guides for the habbox site........i remember posting about it and someone said it was a good idea but idk if it was ever implemented. i don't mean post a 200 word piece on your opinion of the badge and the maze/quest.. i mean a simple guide like this http://habbosecrets.com/news.php?p=article&id=99

this has probably gotten more comments from users than hx news got since jan lol

Habbosecrets is primarily for badge guides. If habbo did this straight away it would have been used religiously like the rare values once were. No point having 2 of the same thing going on now.

Yeah that would be very useful, I use habbosecrets for that and I'm sure many other people do too - but they could be using Habbox if we had similar guides :).

Isn't a badge guide something for the content team? Oh no I see that's an article.

I did say a little while back in some feedback thread that Habbox really needs to take more opportunity to post info. about quest answers, competition answers (et all) on their site. It certainly got the "answers" group on Habbo popular.

that like saying habbohub had radio first so no point in habbox or any other site having one

I am actually in full support of doing it but i'm sure Sam told me we weren't allowed to or something lmao. If that's wrong then I apologise I must be going mad and I would be very for doing this, after all any reports I do on badges I tell how to do it first and everything, try to keep the description to a minimum / at end etc

Besides as a separate news category one option could be to do this on Habbox Wiki in a dedicated namespace, that way any user would be able make changes and it'll be easy to keep information up to date and current. If people want to view it on Habbox.com then it's certainly possible on V7 (And tentatively V6 also) to include the guides into pages (Technically V7 is already setup to do this).

Another option is on V7 due to the system we're using for news/pages it's very simple to make a more dedicated / integrated badge database, however some people may not like delaying stuff like that till V7 since we all know that it won't be released until hell freezes over and/or Half Life 3 is released.

Because radios are more unique than these habbo secret type sites are those all the same secrets would just end up on multiple sites. A lot of us use habbosecrets which is simply as easy. No point Habbox copying.

but it's not like it was some orignial habbosecrets didn't considering other sites have posted badge guides on forums etc... they just made people aware of the guides
