So when Im djing I notice that people are not sending in their request or shoutouts, and I've been asked where the Request line box is multiple time on several occasions. At the moment the Request line box is at the bottom of the page which isn't visible to people when they directly go to the site, and I think it should be moved to the top if possible with events under it. This would make it visible and easily accessible to everyone when they view the site.

Actually, you do raise a wonderful point. I remember when I was DJing I would ask and people would ask me how to find the request box. Which made competitions not a lot of fun being a radio DJ, maybe we will see that in v7 so like 2014 if were lucky haha.

have you tried telling people on air to send in requests, and where to find the box

and this is also a question for the hxl manager and/or the site coders, not feedback forum.

You could explain where the requests line is when you are on air. If people are having that much difficulty in finding it.

The one on www.HabboxLive.com is easier to see so maybe direct them there?
I don't have this issue in my shows so yeh - maybe say "At the bottom of the page" etc etc

They can move the request box themselves so if they are directed to it then if it's a problem they can move it afterwards.

Just by explaining where it is they will find it no problem.

Yes maybe next time they might put it more on top of the page.

There is nothing wrong with the HabboxLive page how rude! I agree it should be a lot more visible on habbox.com but alas we are told simply to guide people as to where it is. So just let people know it is near the bottom.

On another note, what the hell is going on, I just tuned in for the first time in ages and see a DJ just playing background sounds through his mic. Then just now went through listening to a whole background song.

Then you wonder why there are only 22 listeners. On-air should not be a place to test your equipment.

Oh and there is stuff wrong with hxl.com- the most important being that it's become archaic and not standards for a website you would expect in 2013.

This is not an issue. On Habboxlive.com is it highly visible to anyone. On Habbox.com not only is it fully customisable but we can't prioritise any one department over another in respect to default position. Besides, it's hardly difficult to scroll.

At the moment Habboxlive.com is the least of my concerns and his a brand new DJ the seniors are taking him on the trial server now to prevent it happening again. But at this point in time my university essays are a little more important :P
