Luckily nobody was killed or seriously injured it seems, interesting to know circumstances as to why the attackers weren't shot as (from reading now) New Orleans *apparently* allows for conceal and carry so I would have thought they'd have been shot back at in self defence.

Unless i'm wrong/the event itself prohibited conceal and carry.

It'll also be interesting to know (in time) whether or not the attackers were on any illegal or legal drugs at the time as most seem to be.

My God what is with humans having to ruin such celebrations such as this. This is why I have no faith in people because so many of them do horrific acts on celebrations such as Mother's Day...
